If it's a fight to the death, there is no winner. The Hulk can't kill deadpool and deadpool will barely harm the hulk. Deadpool once killed Bruce Banner before he could transform into the Hulk but that doesn't really count. The Hulk wins because eventually deadpool will concede or lose consciousness to heal. read more
