Who would win in a fight: Harry Potter or Harry Dresden?

Harry Potter became an auror in 1999 or 2000 which happens to be the same time we see Dresden in Storm Front. Now before you match HP up with 2010+ Dresden give him 10 years of fighting against dark wizards and policing for the ministry and you start to realize the characters actually have a very similar arc though Dresden is more vigilante/independent while HP works with the establishment. read more

Though I doubt he could beat both in a straight up fight. Harry himself has admitted his biggest advantages come from preparation and cunning. Not raw "down and dirty" magic. Though he can throw in with the best of them, he'd be hard pressed to defend against two wizards simultaneously. 1v1 I'd argue for Harry. read more
