Well, although ninja are better martial artists, spartans are more well equipped. And stronger. Making it much harder for the ninja to hurt the spartan than for the spartan to hurt the ninja. For that reason, the spartan has a higher chance of winning. read more

Let's just put it to this: Spartans are militaristic and are somewhat professionals(As seen in 300) in battles, but Ninjas are quick, dodgey, stealthy and accurate(As seen in Naruto), neither would win nor lose, but if they didn't time their offenses and defenses against each other correctly, that's the time either will lose, but if they had the upper hand, either will win. read more

spartan because of there shield and strength/ even if the ninja would have there ninjato or even the black egs the spartan would dominate the ninja because of the Spartans strength. read more
