In the episode Titans East part 1 he was able to dismantle Cyborg( Brother Blood tore off both of cyborgs arms and legs) while Cyborg was helpless to stop him and was about to kill Cyborg before he was blasted by cyborgs power cell which gave Cyborg enough time to reactivate the security system which blasted Brother Blood out of the Titan East Tower and into the ocean. read more
Titans East is the name of several DC Comics teams. The teams appear in the Teen Titans comic books and animated series. The comic book incarnation of Titans East first appeared in the "Titans Tomorrow" storyline, which is set in the future. The first modern incarnation appeared in Teen Titans vol. 3, #43, as a group of villains led by Deathstroke. Cyborg has recently assembled a new version of the team. read more
