Young Americans seem to acquire drivers licenses much sooner than do European teenagers on average, but European teenagers have access to better public transport far more often than do American teens. Though many countries require military service from all young men so I could see an argument that European men who have served in the army are more mature than those that have not--however it's an impossible argument to make since if they require it, you can't find the ones who have not served. To me a Greek man and a French man have no comparison. read more
