Yes you can play advanced stuff on this guitar. Though it is a good guitar for beginners, advanced players dont use it. Guitar players keep upgrading their guitar alongwith upgradation of their skills. The guitar is good enough for beginner stuff like strumming, playing some leads, beginner fingerpickings etc. read more

Yamaha, a brand I would never consider with an electric guitar (not that they are bad; the pacifica are awesome) seems to have the upperhand when it comes to acoustic guitars. My new rule is: If you can't buy a Martin, Taylor or Takamine guitar, always go with a Yamaha. read more
