They're just very talkative. As part of the canine family most closely related to wolves, they tend to howl instead of bark (my Husky is an odd exception). My vet says Huskys are whiners. And my dog is a Husky/Shepherd mix. She has been outside, has water, food, treats, and she still whines. What is there that I could do, to get her to stop whining. She is an old dog, and hopefully looking for an answer from someone who has experience with this matter. read more
