When it comes to studying past elementary school age many Japanese kids are very disciplined, but their schedule is also filled to the brim, and very rigid. They don’t have the ability to change clubs at school, and meetings and practices are mandatory, and often take up a huge amount of time, depending on the club (particularly band/orchestra, and sports). read more

Basically Japanese are usually polite and disciplined, I think. It may due to childhood education. The education teaches us "Be a good child". It usually means teaching "Cooperation each other" is more important than "Individual claims". This could generate many non-claim Japanese. This is a problem in the education of Japan. read more
