There is not a single stray dog left in Bucharest. A few years ago a child was mauled to death by a pack of stray dogs in a park. Since then - all stray dogs were killed. City officials were so afraid not to be indicted for failing to do their jobs that they ordered no stray dog to remain on the streets. read more
