Why can't I tag more than two users to a picture on instagram?

I have had an Instagram account for a couple of years. When I tag other accounts in a photo, the app works fine and allows me to tag as many people as I want (I think the limit is 30 but I don't tag anywhere near that). You can tag photo on instagram but, some are steps of tag photo like. First of all you are enter your username# Second you are select subject of the picture. Third you are select the location. Fourth you are add comment about yourself. But there are difficult tag photo in instagram . read more
