ErikWilliam, You can't smoke on planes because: i) It is a form of unprovoked physical assalt on others ii) You are deciding for others that THEY will smoke YOUR cigarettes iii) Their health is damaged iv) Your health is damaged and WE have to pay via our taxes v) Smoking in public will be judged by history as a huge injustice against the common good of civilized society vi) Therefore, quite clearly, you have no right. read more
