Cyber bullying should absolutely not be a criminal offense, especially if it is on the computer. If the perpetrator is not physically harming you, if absolutely should not be a reason to put someone in jail for. Sometimes, people will come and be a jerk to you for no reason. All you have to do is just ignore that. read more
