Despite surviving 40,000 or so years in one the most inhospitable climates in the world the Aboriginals ended up with neither wheels or pants. Modern Australians tend to wear shorts, so it would appear pants are not an adaption that lends itself to the climate. Australians in shorts - ? they have yet to invent pants. read more
