When you take a plan B it changes when you ovulate. Which is why you need to make sure to use some form of protection or start some form of birth control if pregnancy is not what you desire. Because your ovulation is pushed back it can trigger a second period when you’re not expecting it. read more

But finally, my period came 25 days late! AKA I pretty much missed one entire period because of Plan B. So ladies who take plan B and continue to have late periods, especially your second one after- do not freak, especially if your pregnancy tests turn out negative.
