Interesting question. I wouldn't go as far to say that Crassus really wronged Caesar in any large way, as the First Triumvirate collapsed and civil war occurred after Crassus had been killed in Carrhae. Pompey, on the other hand, definitely wronged Caesar in many ways. read more

So yeah, while Crassus didn’t really wrong Caesar, as he was already dead due to his defeat at Carrhae some years prior to the Civil War, Pompey wronged Caesar out of personal jealousy and the desire to be accepted into the ranks of the Optimate faction. Hope this helps. read more
