Joanne is right! It is partially evolutionary, BUT it has been significantly exacerbated through selective breeding. People wanted the Arabian's face to be more dishy, so they selectively bred the dishier faced Arabs, resulting in more severe dishing. What you see in most Arabs today isn't natural evolutionary dishing. read more
