Let me guess… You think so because you saw too much dashcam crash compilations? Then that's probably just a selection bias. There are a lot videos (because Russian lead in dashcam use and are eager to upload videos on Youtube) and that makes you think that there in general a lot of crashes. read more
I really don’t think that car crashes happen any more in Russia than in the US or anywhere else for that matter. What makes you think they do is that many or most of the car crash videos on YouTube are from Russia. This is simply a result of more people having dash cams running in their car. read more
