Why do huskies look mad?

Huskies have an intense look about them, and many have light colored eyes, which could easily give you the impression that he or she is mad. But a wagging tail and happy vocalizations (because a husky is also typically a very vocal dog) is a better clue to it's mood. read more

They do not look mean at all. I have one and she is the perfect dog. However unless you plan on finding alternative exercise means during the summer you should not own one. They get overheated very quickly in the summer, and need the AC on. They also require a great deal of training and patience. read more

So I do think that huskies can be good watch dogs if they have the right personality and are trained to be. What it really comes down to is their personality. Huskies are very emotional dogs and need a lot of attention really. read more
