here is the big one. famous actors have been acting since they were kids. so the issue might not be hollywood but people like disney casters and comercial casters who do not let people of different races get exposer due to not appealing to their market. if a non white person get exposer the started to get overexposed. races outside black, white, and spanish may also have views that prevent them from getting roles. if you are willing to throw away you heritage and culture to get roles go for it. read more
