Why do people assume that animals need to be let die slowly and "bleed to death". Animal should bleed after death, not bleed to death. The death of the animal must be quick in order for the meet to be allowed, or "halal". And after that, the blood must be put away somehow from the animal, because Muslims can't eat that. read more
