There's plenty to criticize in the way of the numerous bugs, glitches, control issues, level design failings, and so on; I've little doubt I've been beaten to these. Thus, I'll add a few of my qualms about the plot and writing. read more
If you really think 06 is that good I suggest trying out newer sonic games Like unleashed or Colors. Or the newest generations which is by general opinion considered the best. Few reasons: tightest controls, Good story, Multiple paths, Good voice acting, And a lot more. read more
It's a broken mess of a game that has tarnished the series ever since, a situation not helped by people like Game Grumps tearing open old wounds, and people coming out of the woodwork to actively defend the game as anything other than a steaming pile of hedgehog feces. read more
The game was well received at the time, but years after people began to hate it. Sonic Adventure 2 followed it, and it is largely considered the best 3D Sonic game of all time. These two games were followed by, Sonic Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), and Sonic Unleashed, all which have been universally hated. read more
