Why do people say that Apple stole from Xerox?

Apple and Xerox indeed had a deal, I think it was a stock deal (not cash) as in Xerox owned part of Apple after the deal. I'm also pretty sure they sold the stock fairly quickly. read more

A few people have emailed me recently, bringing up the Steve Jobs and Xerox story and saying that he stole the mouse and personal computer from Xerox. A few others mentioned that he was the lone genius who invented most of hardware technology on his own. Neither are correct; the truth is that he innovated. read more
