Why do public toilets have such bad toilet paper?

The answer is very simple: Cost! Good toilet paper costs a lot of money. Good toilet paper is thick and soft and these types of rolls don't have much paper on them so they have to be changed more often and this costs money. I have an insane fear of public toilets and have never gone to the bathroom in one in my 20 years on this planet. I do though live in a dorm at my university in which we share bathrooms and that is the worst thing ever. read more
