Why do some people think Houston is boring?

Houston is not a great tourist destination like the ski slopes of Colorado, or the streets of new orleans, or the beaches of Florida. But what it has is economic opportunity!!! Its a working town. Plenty to do here, great weather 8 months of of the year and lo and behold we have the Super Bowl in our town in 3 days. read more

I have known people that moved to Houston and stayed in the suburbs because they didn’t think the city was safe (that would be boring). Also, many of the things to do in Houston are indoors, but it doesn’t have the loads of theater, restaurants, and museums like New York of even Chicago. read more

i am not bored. i do think houston is boring, no character and maybe the cool stuff to do are all well hidden. yeah maybe we have no idea or maybe youre square or just clueless. read more
