Why do you believe that Joseph Smith was God's prophet?

The main reason why I believe Joseph Smith is a prophet is he help clarify some of the confusion within Christianity and paid for it with his life. His teachings are fairly consistent with the teachings of Christ. Don't bring up polygamy, it's a whole new subject. read more
