Only in the US, almost half of the food is wasted. If the expected profits are lower than the cost to harvest, transport, and sell, food will rot in the fields, warehouses and supermarkets. It is not a problem of overpopulation, but of economics and logistics. read more

People don't care about overpopulation now because they think it won't happen,,just because the world isn't full YET doesn't mean it won't ever be! People need to stop being selfish and not think about only themselves and not the whole planet. If we keep populating at this pace we won't stand a chance. read more
