Why does Coca Cola make both TaB and Diet Coke?

Coca-Cola does not provide sales figures for TaB, although the drink is produced by the Coca-Cola Company and its network of bottling operations, including Kentucky. But Beverage Digest says that while the Coca-Cola Company produced roughly 1.5 billion cases of Coke in the United States in 2011, and 885 million cases of Diet Coke, only three million cases of TaB were made. read more
