Tom calls himself Lord Voldemort and Dumbledore just went with it. In fact Tom is the “official” Lord of the Death Eaters gang. Its just the truth and there is no reason to deny it. However it doesn't mean Albus accepts Tom is the Lord of the entire wizarding community. read more
