There are a lot of factors which may cause teachers to ignore or seem like they are ignoring bullying. Teachers may not see it going on. They would do the bullying where teachers and other people can not see-then act nice, normal, and charismatic so that nobody will ever believe that that they would do something like that. Often times, when the victim reacts to it in anyway-the teacher will only see the reaction and think that the victim is the one causing the problem-and not the other way around. read more
