For your age at least 8 hrs sleep, right now 5 1/2 hrs sleep is not sufficient .you need to get more sleep .otherwise concentration and memory problems, behaviour problems etc will develop . As we grow older our time to fell asleep slowly changes that's why we couldn't get to sleep till 11am or 12pm . read more
