They demonstrate this belief through the prices they offer for exchange, whether that be in goods, services, or foreign currencies. It is really not up to the US. And, Zimbabwe is not the only country that uses the US dollar. It is really just up to the other country to arrange to have enough actual currency to circulate to form an economy. read more
