Actually China is doing a great deal about their pollution. When I visited Chongqing in 2001 (China's largest municipality) it was the most polluted city in China, the sky was always grey and you could never see the sun. Now, the sky is blue, the sun bright and Chongqing is not even on the list of China's most polluted cities. read more
