Why doesn't Dexter kill women?

They talk, and during their discussion, Dexter realizes he doesn't need to kill Saxon, but he still needs to die - So he calls Deb. After she arrives, he tells her to arrest Oliver, and shortly thereafter, the passenger disappears. read more
