Why don't astronauts explode in space?

The body will not however explode even when exposed to vacuum with no pressure suit nor pressure vessel such as a space ship or space station. Both suits and the station keep the body sufficiently pressurized to prevent any of the above effects. read more

In space, you have a vacuum (roughly). this means, you have when you have a normal sea-level air pressure inside the spacecraft of 105 kPa, you have 105 kN force per m² on the walls of the spacecraft.
