Why don't Christians believe in mythical creatures?

Angels are mythical creatures. Demons are mythical creatures. Leviathan is a mythical creature. I've known Christians and non-Christians who believed in fairies, grey aliens, dragons, chupacabra, unicorns, Bigfoot, and many others.
