its in place for a reason. suppose the dude gives you a dollar for tip. meal comes out to 5 bucks. you put 5 in the till and pocket the other dollar. for one, it looks like youre stealing. secondly, im pretty sure your employers have to write down any tips you make for tax purposes and places like mcdonalds dont want to deal with it because its not normal. read more
