In a hotel the bathrooms are often a long way from the external walls (which are nearly always used for the main window so they can sell the room as having"a view"). It is possible to install ducting and extra fans to exhaust the air all the way but that's additional cost and -- possibly more importantly -- often extra noise because the secondary fans would be running constantly. read more
