I have no idea what you are talking about. The laws of the United States apply to everyone who lives in it. The only real anomaly worth mentioning is the Native American reservations, who are governed somewhat differently. But a federal crime is a federal crime, regardless of who commits it. The laws of the United States do apply to Hasidic Jews. read more
