Why don't the toddlers cry or the dogs bark in Germany?

Toddlers do cry here and dogs do bark. I agree that it is a lot less than let´s say my country of birth, the USA, or China where I lived for many years. This is true of Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and to a lesser extent France, Italy, Belgium, Poland and probably most of Europe. read more
