There is tire dust, there’s just so little of it it blends in with all the regular dust and dirt. Normal street tires wear very slowly. The amount of material they lose over their lifetime is only about 3 ounces (~100 g). Spread that over the life of the tire and that’s very little in each spot. read more

If the reason for wearing a tie is to add colour to drab, conservative workclothes why not wear colourful, adventurous workclothes. The tie has got to be one of the most pointless articles of clothing ever invented. read more
