American food is perceived to be terrible either out of ignorance, or an unfair definition of what ‘American food’ is. I’ve lived all over the world, and am comfortable in my opinion that the US has the best restaurant culture in the world. The produce available in supermarkets is excellent and abundant, if not the very best in the world. read more
