Where I live Goat meat is very common, and I have to say that I love it. It is far less fatty than lamb, and has better flavour than beef. Most restaurants in south Spain will have goat on the menu. I have tried it various ways and just find it delicious. Many butchers may not have lamb, and will cheerfully offer you goat instead. read more
