I don’t know if Belgian chocolate is that much different from other known ‘brands’ (country) of chocolate in terms of specifications - for example ‘Swiss’ chocolate, but there seems to be a convention that the amount of ‘solid’ cacao must be a minimal percentage Note that this is different for dark/milk or white chocolates. read more
