no.. Brazilians are not hispanic.. since they do not speak spanish. They are just considered Latin. Theres white Latinos.. black latinos.. ect.. just like the US.. like you said.. Brazil is similar to the US b/c of the mix of people. I think a more agreed term for Latino would be any country from Latin descent.. read more

If you consider Brazil to be Latino only by the language criterion, then why the US and Canada are not Latinos as well, since more than 60% of English is composed by Romance vocabulary, not to mention that almost half of the US speaks Spanish and Canada speaks French, both Romance languages. read more
