Until recently all the hemp used in product in the US was grown outside the country. I believe it is the University of Nebraska in Lincoln that just receive permission to grow hemp as part of a research study. Cannabis and hemp are really two different products, cannabis seeds are still technically illegal under federal law. read more

Even though (marijuana) THC is illegal and on the controlled substance list, our hemp CBD (cannabidiol) is not illegal because it has been grown in a legal country, imported to the US legally, and the CBD has been extracted from the legal mature stalk of the hemp plant. read more

In my childhood I went fishing in the local canal and besides worms and maggots I also used Hemp seeds as bait, the seed were brought from my local fishing tackle shop. The seeds are processed so they can not be use to grow plants. It is not illegal to grow Hemp in every corner of the world, example Mexico. read more
