Why is dance so seemingly absent from Vietnamese culture?

I don't see dancing so much more absent than it is in European cultures. Perhaps there isn't much dance in Vietnamese tradition, I'm not well versed in older Vietnamese way of life. read more

From Kinh ethnicity, we have múa bát dật, múa bài bông, etc. From other ethnicities, we also have various kinds of dance. Even in the midst of Vietnam war, dance is still performed.
