There is still a"glass ceiling" in which women are given positions such as CEO far less than are men. On the other side, men are still not granted paternity leave for a child's birth. It seems a bit weird from an outside point of view. Even some muslim countries are governed by women, and neither race nor gender is much of an issue (compared to america) in most other western countries (at least not in politics). read more
