It’s not at all hard to cook blowfish. Just toss it on some heat. Laurie Colwin recommends rolling them in bread crumbs and frying in butter. What is hard is to only cut off the edible parts from the carcass and leave behind the poisonous liver, ovaries and sometimes skin. read more
