Now for most horror movies this is the way to go, make a jumpscare but put a loud noise like a quick shriek into it when it occurs. Even worse is the fake jumpscare, like a prank or a cat on a shelf. Terrible movies resort to jumpscares. read more
It seems like there are so few good horror movies from the last 30 years, cause horror and suspense has been substituted with shock and gore. Somehow I just dont find movies like Hostel and Saw to be scary, they seem more like porno for truly perverted minds. read more
