I would also say that simply "being bad" at reading/writing is also widely acceptable, even without any actual diagnosis of dyslexia. Furthermore, I would make the wild assumption that low skill at math is more widespread than low skill at reading/writing. So you can add an element of others being able to identify with low math skills. read more
